My love for beauty and wellness began at home, in South Korea, where self-care is a way of life.
Growing up, I always enjoyed taking care of myself — skincare, wellness habits, rituals that made me feel grounded. But over time, I realized something important: external care means little without internal balance. The gut and the mind move together, and modern life often pulls them out of harmony.
After moving to the Bay Area, I saw how easy it is for people to overlook their own wellbeing while working, building, and living fast. Self-care becomes the first thing we sacrifice — even though it’s the one thing we need the most.
This inspired me to create Zenologie: a brand that brings together Korean wellness philosophy and the Bay Area’s culture of intentional living.
GlowJel is our first product — a simple, delicious daily ritual designed for real life.
It supports the gut, calms the mind, and brings your routine back into balance, without complexity or pressure. Just one jelly stick a day to take care of yourself from within.
Zenologie exists to make wellness feel approachable, enjoyable, and meaningful —
because when we feel aligned on the inside, everything else in life follows.
